STRATEGIC MARKETING MANAGER (H/F)

Do you want to grow in an international environment, look after an attractive market, and to use Agile methodology for work? Join the marketing and communications team!

Your responsibilities will include:

 

-       Mapping APRIL's current portfolio of offerings worldwide, defining APRIL's Market Management strategic objectives and developing the strategy required to reach them

-       Analysing the company’s development potential (new segments, new products, new partners)

-       Establishing action plans for the structuring of our product ranges (streamlining, product launches, e-commerce etc.) having first carried out careful and in-depth value analyses and studies of product mixes

-       Contributing to and/or leading specific projects on the local development of offerings

-       Coordinating market intelligence gathering on international trends and competitor and client needs analyses by market segment

-       Acting as an effective channel for and initiator of proposals to the sales team, you will generate targeted sales campaigns and the processes to be followed in terms of operational marketing (sales activity, promotions, advertising and direct marketing)

-       Designing segmented offerings, in partnership with the operational teams

-       Setting up strategic partnerships.

Reporting to: Directly reporting to the Marketing & Communication Director

profil

Required profile:

 

-       Master's degree in Marketing

-       Minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience within an insurance company

-       Proven ability to lead and/or mentor marketing colleagues

-       Track record of successfully managing the full product life cycle from launch, to post-market surveillance to retirement

-       Experience of obtaining first-hand customer information and using it to make improvements

-       Experience of developing local brand positioning strategies resulting in increased demand for the product

-       20% of your time may be taken up with market visits

-       Demonstrates general problem-solving skills and an intense curiosity to identify trends

-       Excellent organisation and time management skills, thoroughness, attention to detail

-       Proven follow-up/persistence when facing challenging situations

-       Ability to multi-task effectively; must be able to change gears quickly without skipping a beat

-       Excellent analytical and conceptual skills

-       Highly motivated, dynamic, team player

-       Sincere relationship builder; earns the confidence of others

-       Program/project management

Excellent verbal and written skills required in French and English
